sean graneyMy name is Sean Graney, and I’m a Buckeye through and through—born and raised in Cleveland, OH. Growing up with four brothers, I lived a pretty typical Gen Z life—until everything changed. My world was completely upended by the undeniable voice and presence of God, and from that moment on, my life became a radical pursuit of Jesus and a mission to bring as many people as possible along with me.
Throughout my time at Ohio State, I’ve been deeply involved in campus ministry, pouring my heart into reaching students right where they are. While balancing life as a full-time student, I’ve led small groups, discipled students, organized prayer gatherings, and engaged in power evangelism on campus. Through it all, I’ve encountered the Father’s heart for college students in a way that has forever marked me.
Now, I have the incredible opportunity to take this calling to the next level—doing full-time campus ministry, reaching numerous students with the gospel every day. As Cru’s founder, Bill Bright, once said, “Reach the campus today, reach the world tomorrow.” The university is a launchpad for world changers, and I believe revival starts here.
