• When kids are dropped off, you will check them in through our Church Center App and receive 2 labels. One label is a name tag for your child, and the other has a matching code for you to take with you. In order for your child to be released, you or a trusted adult must pick them up with the matching security tag. This helps us ensure check-out safety.  
• There will be a designated servant leader assisting with check-in both before and after service. If you are new, they will help you create your household account and check-in for the first time!

We structure our Kids services similar each week where we take time to worship, pray, learn, & play! When you entrust us with your child, we do not take that lightly! We believe that there is no Junior Holy Spirit. Because of that, we teach our kids that no matter what age they are they can encounter God in a real way and have their own relationship with Jesus. We want to empower our kids to pray with authority, fearlessly worship, and undoubtedly know the Word of God! To cultivate this, we teach Bible-based lessons, have dedicated prayer and quiet times, gather for corporate worship, and have lots and lots of fun! You can opt-in to receive emails each Monday recapping what we did & learned about that Sunday

• Each of our servant leaders are background-checked and trained to work with the kids.
• There is a 2-teacher ratio in each kids classroom; kids will never be 1:1 with a servant leader volunteer. 
• No adults besides staff and Sunday-specific servant leaders are permitted past the kids check-in area (parents, servant leaders not scheduled for the current Sunday, and other church members are not permitted in the kids area at any point while children are present).
• At our Victorian Village location, we have security cameras in place throughout the classrooms; Jerome High School, where our Dublin service takes place, has cameras throughout the check-in and hallway areas. 

• Yes! Each volunteer is an active member of our church, has been background-checked, and completes our servant leader training before they are permitted to serve in the kids area. 

Many kiddos are nervous to join in class the first few times! While you may not join in the classrooms (per our safety policy of background-checked servant leaders and staff only being permitted in the kids area), our servant leaders are great at helping kids feel as comfortable as possible during service!

When you check your kids in, you must include your phone number when entering information. This allows us to contact you at any time during service, whether it be an emergency or other need.

If your child has any allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know at check in. This information is printed on their name tag to ensure your child’s safety.
